Adebayor - New song

I must admit I didn't like the new Adebayor song because it is a rip off of Liverpool and Man Utd. Let's stick to being original.

True but that will probably piss both of them off just a little. Thought the new song sounded great at Fulham, hope it can take off at home.

With the cottage as it was yesterday everyone who was there enjoyed something different to sing. So come on Boys and girls the benchmark has been set now lets get stuck in and the the lads some proper anthems to hear for 90 mins rather than 5 songs hammered out all game....

With all due respect we dont just belt out the same five songs over and over like the scum from Portsmouth. West Ham and Everton to name but two were great examples of our variety and ingenuity. Also alot of people are ranting about the originality of Arsenal fans with the new song well how many songs do you know do not rip off some tune or another. We're knoacking on a very limited number so I think although i appreciate people wont all like the same chants we should appreciate the fact that we're providing such a great atmosphere with songs like that and embrace them. I can put money on Ade absolutely loving it.

Since I think this new song will be with us for a while, can we agree on the words?

At the Cottage on Saturday, I heard two versions of the third line:

"Give him the ball and he will score"

and

"Give him the ball and Ade will score".

Indeed, both versions can be found on this forum. Can we have a definitive view on which we should use.
