Scum game footy thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He looks like a mistake waiting to happen, especially the way he 'played' in their game against Bolton recently.....

He will, but I would prefer he just get's ignored, that will piss him off more, I reckon... :?
Yeah... I think either ignore the mercenary twat or (even better) if we could just take the piss out of him without coming accross as being somehow "bitter" he went to them. They have been desperate to portray us as bitter about The Ratfaced Fool and now Silly Willy because of how bitter they were about Sol but it hasn't worked because Ratface was shite and we were glad to see the back of him. Gallas? No one really cares about him, do they?

I say ignore or take piss but PLEASE GOD - NO BOOS...

"Chim Chiminee
Chim Chiminee
Chim Chim Cherooo
Who needs Gallas when we've got Djourou"

I expect that to be sung a few times along with "Gallas, Gallas whats the score?" hopefully!

Heard one on here the other week quite comical.

"Go stick your Willy up your arse
You can go and stick your Willy up your arse
You can go and stick your Willy
go and stick your Willy
Go stick your Willy up your arse!"

I'ld put Walcott out on the right, covering for Sagna. Theo has the pace to keep up with Bale, plus he's pretty good at tracking back and defending (Cafu esque!)

That's what I'd do.....ah put the proff, he'd put Eboue in! :banghead:

Second thought it's usually Nasri out there. He'll be fine.
Bacs and Nas will cope.

I'd switch Nasri to the left and bench Arshavin. He done well as a sub against Wolves and like a few of you I'd love to see Theo in the starting 11.

Can't see it happening though

I think we need to field the fastest most attacking team possible on Saturday, they are toxic at the back, worse than us but are dangerous up front with the likes of monkey-boy and fart. Reckon it'll be a high scoring game, 3-2 to The Arsenal :barscarf:

I think the game will be decided in the last 10 or 15 minutes because they are losing their concentrate at this period and we saw that in their last home game against Blackburn.

We are a lot better than them offensively and defensively (as a unit) :barscarf:

Will feel a lot more confident about this, if we manage to get our players back from the International games without a catalogue of injuries.

I've been present at all our league defeats so far this season, so the fact I am missing this one (out of the country - long standing commitment) I think we are assured at least a point.

Rationally though, if our defensive organisation can maintain its high recent standards we have enough attacking skill and power to score against a pretty weak Spurs defence. The fact that they are a known threat, a strong contender for top four, means we will not go into the game thinking victory is assured. That's were we have let ourselves down this season.
