England v France

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

if it's only 1 injury it'll be a big one.

nasri'll actually die on the pitch.

Nasri was easily the best player on that pitch. Domenech didn't even take him to the World Cup.

Be grateful you don't have Trapattoni, another Italian c*nt.

Picks Everton's Séamus Coleman, one of their best players this season and he can't even get a f*cking 10 minute run out in a shite Irish team.

Also calls up Pompeys Marc Wilson, left on the bench too :banghead:

I was thinking that too.
Neat player.
He's impressive and he's still young. I bet there'll be plenty of rumours linking him with Arsenal in the months/years to come.

I think England can do much more than that, in the commitment and determination, and with his best players available. And in the last minutes they could have come back. But overall France better technically, quicker, and wanted more to win.

Wenger was commenting the game and he was very surprise with the performance of England. It was like watching Liverpool or something

Yeah we'd be much better with turtles like lampard and terry in the side. Not enough paceless, one-dimensional passengers for my liking

I was thinking about a fit Rooney, and I wonder why Young or Johnson didn't start the game.
