A good move hopefully. He needs to get games in, get fit and confident and at Forest he can do it in competitive games rather than either our reserves or bits of games with the first team.

Best of luck and come back and be the new Cesc. 8)

Cardiff fans won't be happy to see him back in the Championship!

Best of luck to him, although I'm pretty sad - I wanted to see him for Arsenal this season. But it's better he gets first team, 90-minutes-worth of experience.

It'll also probably be good to take him away from all this negative atmosphere and pressure the team is suffering right now.

Yet two weeks ago, Comical says:

You could not make it up, could you. Good luck to the lad, but if he's fit to play it it should be with us, they take no passengers in the Championship.

He's alot better than the fucking dross we see week in week out in our team. Send Denilson with him.

Arse games before December's out are Stoke, Man U, Chelsea.

It makes sense because there's no way he would have played in any of those games.

Its only til January 8th 2011, think it'll be better to have more competitive games in the championship then our reserves

I just read it's only til January 3 on SportingLife.

Does that even count as a loan? It's more like a rental :p

PS: Cool avatar IrishG', I see what you did there

First thing that enters my mind when I heard the story is "lying bastard" for exactly the same reason you refer to :x Why proclaim to the football world that ramsey would not be sent out on loan and then backtrack on your story so quick ? Wenger has no fcuking word and you really couldnt believe the lords prayer out of his fcuking mouth

Squads so strong at the moment that I guess Mr Wenger didn't want to have to carry anyone who wasn't going to be performing at the absolute top level.... !

Hes going to be thrown straight into forest's first match against leicester. By a stroke of genius (luck) I had actually bought tickets for this game and now I get the huge added bonus of seeing rambos return :D :barscarf:

I just hope the kids career recovers from what happened.

Eduardo will never be player he could have been because of what happened to him, I pray Aaron won't go the same way.

Shawcross your a c*nt.

Can't believe this. What a terrible move by Arsenal. Reasons being:

a) He should be eased back to fitness in an environment we can control (ie. the reserves) - not a competitive Championship match which could be blood and thunder for 90 mins.

b) He could receive another injury (or setback), playing for another team, whilst we're paying him. Considering how closely AW monitors the physical fitness of his players, I'm alarmed that he'd trust Forest to know what the road to recovery is.

c) Our midfield is weakened. Fabregas is injured for a while, and Eboue is out too. The next injury is surely right around the corner. Even if he was given the final 15-20 mins in games (especially with the League Cup coming up), Ramsey surely could've featured to some extent.

I just really don't like this move at all. And why Nottingham Forest? Was there a specific reason?
