Owen - No thanks, to injury prone, hes fast and good finish but we wont play him the long ball and never forgiven him those two goals in teh fa cup (plus if he was rated he would not be at newcastle). If they sell him he will be out of our price range due to them paying way over teh odds and needing to recoup

Klose - I would sa the jury is out, not convinced he would fit our squad (as we have ady) and again his price tag

For me I would say an experiances head up front

Anelka - class player even if he did mess us about

Ruud Van Nis - Ex man u yes, screwed us over yes, but very experianced and gove him teh number of chances we create and he will scored 35+ a season. He also knows what it takes to win things

I think we need a clinical striker like the two above, however with the up heavel in the club, npt sure we will see anyone that we woudl initially say - Yes great buy

P.S Baptista a striker, your having a laugh

I dont think Nistelrooy or Klose are the kind of players that would suit our style. Besides their best years are behind them. I would really have loved if Arsene chased Etoo with everything he had, i always felt there was a chance to bring him to the Emirates as he is not really happy at Barcelona at the moment. But thats not gonna happen. So i would say Huntelaar or hoping against hope David Villa.

I would welcome back Anelka, he has proven ability and with Dein now out of the boardroom, this could happen. We know that Wenger likes him and with the current goings on at Bolton this could be a possibility.

Yes - Klose, Etoo, Villa, Huntelaar

No - Van Nis/Anelka/Owen

Would also add a yes to Torres, or maybe lowering our sights but think would benefit us and maybe worth a punt if not too expensive, David Nugent or Billy Sharp. Both tidy and excellent finishers a kind of Robbie Fowler in the making.

Nugent? Not good enough by far. Samuel Eto'o is world class and will score goals for fun in the prem.
