Qatar 2022 Stadiums

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Very, very nice. How the hell is this air conditioning going to work??? Surely the sun is going to be shining right on the pitch and while the supporters may be ok, the players are going to suffer. I hope they get it sorted though.

What a fucking waste, building that shit for three weeks use.

No wonder people say humanity is overusing the earths resources

This shit almost makes me want to forge my own placard and start wearing clothes made of hemp. Still, im not sure what planet these guys are on if they think they're going to have a profit at the end of this - which might be useful in dissuading these tin pot places from taking football away from its fans in the first place.

Qataris are the biggest polluters (per person) in the world already, so imagine where they'll be afterwards. There going to dismantle the stadiums afterwards and give them to poorer countries who won't be able to afford to maintain them  :banghead:

horrible, horrible fucking stadiums, absolutely fucking disgusting. Honestly, give me a proper fucking stadium like Craven Cottage any time ahead of these plastic shit tips. Fuck off FIFA, fuck off Qatar, fuck off whichever fucking artist drew that shit and whichever fucking architect designed them. Modern fucking football. fuck off

Total waste of money.

Qatar is saying "ooh look at us, we are mega rich"

Yes you are, because fate put your country on top of oil reserves. If that wasn't there then you would all be herding goats. Not building vulgar temporary arenas.

FIFA needs to be brought to their knees, the currupt - bribe taking - *word censored*!

There are NO good footballing reason to take the World Cup to a mega rich, sparsely populated (only 1.7 MILLION PEAOPLE LIVE THERE FFS!!!! :banghead: ) town in the middle of the fucking desert!

Legacy??? fuck off. It's about money you greedy bunch of *word censored*!. It's a bleedin circus - build the stadium for a months competition, then tear them down again.

What SAFCFTM, olgit and g88ner said.

Absolute disgrace.

If I want to go to a fucking plastic cathedral of vulgarity, I'll get the tube to Fulham Broadway.
