SATURDAY BLOCK 106 ROW 6 SEAT NUMBERS 416-422 approx

little girl -could not be older than about 5 -absolute no interest in game at all spent most of 90 minutes making high pitch screeching noises that i vaguely remember being similar to that of the mutt in wacky races.

wanted to shout at her swear at her throttle her but of course had to keep quiet. at full time realised most around me felt the same apart of course from the bloody idiot presumably known as dad.

what possesses anyone to take 5 year old girls to a football match. what usefulness does it serve. there ought to be a rule that in such circumstances it is ok to scare the girl into keeping her mouth shut or scream so much dad is forced to leave early with her-like after first 10 minutes.

i hope dad is reading this -the selfish sod. good thing we won. 5YEAR OLD STUPID GIRLS DO NOT BELONG AT A FOOTBALL MATCH!

Wasn't Boomers daughter was it?

This is the reason i wouldnt take my daughter till i game till she is much older i think she is too young to be interested for most of the time and wouldnt want her pissing off other fans

Roly Kids are kids, especially at that age

But its just life mate, little molly 5 begs dad over and over to take her to the football with him, she cryes when he leaves every saturday "cant i come?".

Then its her birthday or summin and she asks to go see Awsnal with daddy. When she get to the game, the fact that shes 5 kicks in and she find stuff like the counting clock/or her bag of sweets more interesting than the game. She's a kid. Maybe there was no one to look after little mollie so dad had to bring her?

I dont understand why your so angry? I always find when i have kids near me, that i just a to tone in the swearing a little(not that in the heat of the moment i dont, you cant help it). But it doesnt make me angry.

Maybe she is a russian spy? sent over to watch you after the slander you write about them here

I went to my first game when I was 3, if you want something other than a stadium full of JCLs you've got to get kids going to games early. The dad was an arsehole to let his daughter keep making the screeching sound, but taking her to games is absolutely the right thing to do. You don't want her growing up to me a manc or even, god forbid, a spurs fan do you?

have you got any kids because if you did you would know there is no way any girl aged 4or 5 is going to be the remotest bit interested and i doubt any 5 year old would be begging to go andif did all too easy to say not possible. this was 90 min continuous high pitch squeaking in my ear hole.

dont tell me non stop squeaking down your ear hole would not bother you.

put it another way -would you be happy if little kiddie was blasting away on vuvuzela down your ear hole-no you would bloody not and i bet you would turn to dad and say tell your kid to shut the fuck up. the only difference is irritating noise being made by her unaided-answer that.

It's the little girl I feel sorry for, having to sit beside you Roly, no wonder she was fucking screaming.

I agree Roly. I took my daughter to see Arsenal ladies at my local non league ground during the summer she enjoyed it but 5 minutes into the second half she found a little friend and spent the rest of the time running around with them. Now at a half full non league ground watching the ladies

it didnt matter but i wouldnt do it to other fans at the Grove. Just for the record i was 8 when my dad took me to my first game at Highbury and i think thats about the right age

i agree . took liam at 8 and that was about age i first went. even at 8 liam still distracted though able to point out things i had never noticed-like the sprinklers at half time but at least he can remember and will always be able to quote his first ever game 2-0 v scum i believe

but 3 4 or 5 is ridiculous.

I agree - nothing more annoying than whiny small children at sport, we used to have one sitting behind us with this fucking scouse accent who would just shout the most obvious things throughout the whole bloody game...

I took my littlun in the final Highbury season, when he was 5 simply so he could say he had been to Highbury.
He actually surprised me and insisted on staying to the end, despite me suggesting an early get away

as he would have to endure the queue for the tube.
