As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
i am so glad he said that. He is 1000000000% correct and i hope wenger hears it.
Its sad that many of us agree and that we cant call it a joke. Its true and thats a disgrace that another player can say that about us.
Can you imagine him saying that back when wenger was a real man? Back when Henry, PV14, Bergkamp Freddie and Pires were around?

No chance!
This is what Wenger has turned us into.
Agreed.
Proper Arsenal, would slice this *word censored* in half first thing monday evening.
They will probably all shit themselves, bunch of cowards in our side.
The bloke does the same thing before every game we play against them. The answer? Outplay em and get the 3 points, shake by the hand (or throat) and lift a trophy then see what his statement would be. Besides the fact that this is a bloke who was happy to throw away a chance of playing and giving everything at a World Cup ffs!!!
Knobhead grande!!!
reminds me of the good old days in the late 90's when we'd be due to play a team in europe, and one of their players would be quoted saying they'll easily beat arsenal, and describing exactly how they'd go about doing it. lo and behind come match day they'd win in the fashion described.
i wonder if wenger's got the sense to pin that up in the dressing room, or will he realise evra's right and just hope the arsenal players don't read it and agree

Yes Worthing your right. He often talks shit like that , but that was really hitting a nerve and so true.
Can you really see us thinking like that. Wenger will probably tell them something like "evra didnt mean it, dont hate him for it, lets just go out on monday and all stay friends"
The days of us going with that fuck you attitude you cant talk about us like that, has gone.
These *word censored* are all playing mind games. This is what serial diver had to say (Sorry Vince for hijacking your thread)
Nani believes upcoming opponents Arsenal currently pose a bigger Premier League title threat to Manchester United than champions Chelsea.
United entertain old rivals Arsenal at Old Trafford on Monday, with the Gunners having assumed top spot by beating Fulham last weekend.
Chelsea, meanwhile, have slipped down to third on the back of one win in six games and also suffered defeat by Marseille in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday evening.
Portuguese winger Nani feels Chelsea's confidence has been knocked by their poor form and is wary of Arsenal's challenge.
Growing up
"Arsenal are a bigger threat than Chelsea now," he said. "Chelsea have lost a few games and drawn some and their confidence looks a bit low.
"But Arsenal have been winning and being top of the league gives you great confidence.
"Arsenal have been doing well. They are growing up in the way we are".
The Red Devils travel to Chelsea in their next Premier League game after facing Arsenal and Nani believes his team are heading into the fixtures in good form.
Momentum
"Our momentum is growing," he added. "Players like Wayne Rooney and Anderson are starting to play fantastically again.
"It is great because our next two games are going to be very important for us.
"If we win against Arsenal and Chelsea we will be in a very good position to win the league."
Nani has established himself as one of United's most influential players over the past 12 months and is looking forward to meeting Arsenal again after terrorising them at Emirates Stadium back in January.
"I like to play against Arsenal," he said. "It is good playing against any big team but I have done well against them in the past.

Jealous of what? winning the Emirates cup,not playing in the same team as Denilson
Maybe he just feels left out as he's the only French football player AW hasn't made an offer for

Paddy would've broken the little *word censored*'s legs next game.

Jealous of what? winning the Emirates cup,
The fact he can win all the cups he wants with Man Utd, he'll never get the credit Arsenal players get playing the football they play. That's the feelling he expressed, like people always talk about Arsenal way of play, but not about Man Utd while they win trophies.
He said aswell "If Rooney plays like he's playing right now at the training, Arsenal should be scared".
"I remember when we won against them in Champion's League I said this statement (kids against adults), then we played them in the league. And there was a player, I think it was Denilson, who said before the game 'the kids have grown up now'. We beat them 3-0."
"People talk about 'english barca', they went to Barcelona they lost 4-0!"
