Carling Cup Semi-Final

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

no way we'll be kicked off from these semis
Didnt spurs fans pull off a similar stunt when 3-0 up against 10 man city in a FA cup semi? 8)

they gave away 2 silly goals and were denied a stonewall penalty at 2-1.
after watching them today i cant imagine we will have too much difficulty in getting past ipswich.

Anyone know what's the delay with the ticket details for the AWAY leg?

With just over 3 weeks until the game!

Rumour is the 'Tractor boys' are trying to fleece us (and i don't think with sheep!)

For their grade A's (example Leicester .. for some odd reason) they sell to their adults (didn't think they had any though lol) for £28 [grade B's go for £26], thus ours shouldn't be anymore than £30 incl our £2 odd booking fee!

According to Ipswitch website tickets for the second leg at Emirates are £20 upper/£10 lower, so typical carling cup prices :barscarf:

Hard to say, reckon this could go all the way to reds - 4500, a week night, on the box, & is ultimately still a Carling cup game against lower league opposition. Saying that, the fact that it's a new ground to visit for many, fairly local & only a score a ticket might tempt a lot of people though. It certainly has me!

Anyone else been contemplating the team we may start in the 1st leg?

Szczesny

Eboue Nordtveit Koscielny Gibbs

Eastmond Denilson Wilshere

Walcott RVP Vela

i think we'll be stronger, like in the game against wigan. don't think eastmond and nordtveit will play, for example.

I thought it would be a good opportunity to play the latter given that it's a two-legged affair

Bendtner, Vela and Walcott (if they play) need to pull their fucking socks up for this one. We're so close it would be agonising if we stumbled now.

Anyone else struggling to buy these now they've gone on sale at 10am to 5+ credits?

Got 5 one of my season tickets, 6 on the other, but it says...

Unfortunately, this time you do not have the correct privileges on your account to purchase tickets for this match. Why not return to ticket home and try another match?

Any idea?
