STOKE CITY THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Just posted.
Can't comment on the weather at the ground but in Camden its getting heavier. Its comming down thick with light snow.
The road nearby which I can see has a steady flow of traffic but the snow is starting to cover it and tracks are being made as each car passes.
Even heavier now!

Snowing lightly at the moment in N4 but it's a toss up once the health and safety bods get involved.
hope the gritters have the mental toughness to cope

We've just had that dump here and we've got about 20cm. Really glad I didn't get tickets for this one. Even if the game is on the chances of getting there from here are close to zero.

It's not looking good.
Give you an idea the Zebra crossings disappeared under snow.

Surely no one will be taking their zebras anywhere in this weather!

This game ain't going ahead.
Still falling and isn't showing any sign of letting up.

Just seen the clubs updated the .com page and is now showing a weather warning update.
"So far (11:30) they're committed and the games going ahead."

Just popped to the shops in Finsbury Park and it's hammering down with snow. The main roads are clear but the side roads and pavements are a couple of inches deep in snow. It's worse conditions than when they called the game off last season so I hate to say it but I don't think the match will be going ahead.

BBC are reporting that the game is off. I live just off Holloway road and can't see how the game can go ahead in these conditions
