I'd say more like we're playing again in 2 days and Squillaci will be rotated to start against Wigan.

Same as why Arshavin will make it for Theo, Chamakh for Van Persie.

Key word tonight, discipline. Wenger mentioned it in his post match interview.

The midfield 3 of Cesc, Wilshere and Song worked very very well. As it should really for one of the first times I've seen. Song in particular gets my plaudits. Sat back for the majority of the time, did get forward but at the right moments. When Chelsea did break, fuck it was good to see Wilshere breaking his neck to get back. The boy is seriously impressive.

It was a good time to catch Chelsea, they were fucking lazy, and for once Arsenal were devestating with punishing oppo mistakes. If that can be built upon and exploited more often in our games, it'll prove a useful weapon to have, harrying them down higher up the pitch.

Nasri, man he's wasted out on the left/right. Whenever he gets the ball he looks capable. But in tonights game he lost a bit the license to roam, again I guess due to the discipline asked of the players tonight but he should be a go to guy in the first XI these days.

Shouldn't grumble after a win but there is still enough to see we can and will give goals/chances away against pretty much anyone.

We have to take tonight as an example to be clinical mother fuckers.

8) Arsenal, very 8)
I think nasri is much better on the right, but he get better at playing on the left if he plays there more often. This was pretty close to my first choice eleven, with only Vermaelen to come in IMO. Not sure where Chamakh is going to fit in if Van Persie stays fit, but its a nice problem to have.

A great win! Lets not go over board though, CSKA were very poor and we've played better, or at least equally good, and lost to them in the past. Six more points over the next two games and I will start to get really excited.

Wenger will probably change at least 5 or 6 players for the next game. Expect at least Squillaci, Arshavin, Eboue. Chamack, Rosicky and Diaby to start...

FUCK YESSSS!!!!!!! :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

At last! This victory really feels good! A real victory over chavs! The ref was awfull and let them away with many things. Lamps should've seen red after his nasty challenge on Song, chavs did nasty fouls to stop the game all the time and never seem to get any card. The part that saw me really fuming was when some c*nt stepped on Fab's ankle, then the game went on and thhe ref gave a dangerous free-kick to Drogbreath in the follow-up... Trully disgusting. Van persie should also have had a penalty in the first half, as Ashley C*nt clearly touches him!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
A fully well deserved win overall and it's nice to win with style.

Walcott was awesome today! I thought he is still as clumsy as ever, but today he made many dashing runs backwards to held sagna. If he can provide such workrate on a regular basis, then he can easily fit in the First team.

Van persie is obviously missing match fitness, I thought he was lazy today. He looked a bit like Berbatov before his late impressive form. But VP10 ball control and technical ability is well beyond Chamack and Bendtner... and most of our squad! (bar Cesc and Nasri)

Song unfortunatly... I'm starting to get quite bemused by his acting like an offensive player. He played in front of Fabregas almost all the game!! IMO Song had Cesc place today, and Cesc was playing DM. Only in the second half did we see Cesc shine as he started permutting with Jacky boy. I start to think that Cesc recent loss of form comes from the fact Song just can't keep his f*ckin position!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Cesc can venture forward in the center or on the left side as Jack is very generous with his volume of play and gladly satys back to do the dirty work. But on the right side we almost never saw Cesc today as Song never once stayed back to cover for DM position! He did some runs to defend, but NEVER held the DM position!!!!

I will speak about Djourou on the Djourou thread. However, I'll just say I give him my deepest apologize as I trully believed he could never make it at Arsenal. However he was awesome today, and showed much more skill and composure as I ever thought he could show.

Young Jack looks out of form at the moment. He hardly had any impact on the game. He looks like he's not sure of what his role is in the team. But you've just got to love his commitment and the way he fights on every ball! Top lad and even if he doesn't play his best football, I'd still want to see him on the team sheet every week!

Fabiansky still doesn't inspire me any confidence. On Their goal he's in no man's land.... YET AGAIN!!! He even managed to "limbo" under the ball as it was going straight towards him... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
On their second goal ruled for offside, he also managed to push it in the goal in a ridiculous way...

I also thought we took the foot of the gas when we scored the third. We started to act very complacent at some times when we were leading, and there were some times during the game when I wondered if we were not going to offer them a comeback yet again... But all went good in the end. I'm glad we won this one, and lets hope it lifts us to highers grounds, this time!!!! :D :D :D

Good for BG to have witnessed a nice victory over the chavs for his first game. Now lock him in the showers of the Emirates, he could be our talisman and I'm sure he would like it there...

Also a great prediction by M-50! I will pay more attention to your predictions as you might be our very own Octopus! :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Chelski are shite. We are pretty much at full strength and I expect us to well and truly clobber these c*nts at home. Maybe it's cause I'm not going that I'm so optimistic!! :-P

Fair play to you M-50!

Think I'd lost the faith before tonight but if we can follow this up with a win at Wigan then maybe just maybe this really is going to be our year.... :barscarf: !!

Just in and watching the highlights, if they ever fucking start. What a buzz, but that last half hour was probably the longest of my life. Seriously I'm not getting any younger and as Augie said, even at 3-0 up we can't be sure we're going to win. Not good for my heart.

Enjoyed a few texts to chav friends tonight.

Why sub Theo? Kos was shite. But most importantly we thrahsed the Chavs!

Basically he's replacing Bendtner isn't he? Who has to be off. Or Vela. One or the other I say.

To expand on your point of the first choice XI. Tonight was more how I want to see the team play no matter who is lined up.

Midfield in and about the ball, working closely together. Wide players up and down the pitch.

Defenders in on the ball first thing, making on the whole good choices of when to attack the ball, when to hang back. Koscielney fucked up real bad at least twice taking the ball up the field and fucking the pass.

Strikers getting that chance and taking it.

Height man, height.

Set pieces, goal kicks, that kind of shit.

Tactically astute by Wenger,

Four words I never thought I'd put into the same sentence.
