I've been working. And drinking. The festive season is a busy time down here...no snow to slow everything down you see.
The Ashes were a bit a disappointment though. Have to admit that I'm not a very 'traditional' cricket fan in that I much prefer one day and twenty20 games to test matches. So the rest of the sporting summer will be for that.
And I didn't even get tickets to the Sydney match. I think my brother still wants to go though...

Within two or three years it'll be back to normal - Aussies lashing Engerland out of it and those most famous (and heavily repeated) words in sport will be back;
