You're absolutely right. We're all c**ts. Everyone is a completely useless c**t, apart from you. The only person who's been going long enough to be worthy enough to decide who and what is good enough for Arsenal FC.

Wenger out. Keyboard warrior in. It's the only thing that'll save The Arsenal.

If your not upset about this result, you don't have much passion for the arsenal.

With you on this, but I will say one this.
"It's highly unlikely you find just the player you need in January. It's not about spending money, it's about finding just the right player to strengthen a squad that is already very strong."
http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528, ... 83,00.html

If he thinks there aren't players out there that can improve us then he is nuts.
Can he find players who will improve the squad who will except making 30 grand a week less than they could elsewhere? The problem at Arsenal is that Bendtner is on 50K a week and Fabregas 80K a week. instead of Bendtner 20K and Fabregas 110K a week. Not the wage bill doesn't go up a penny there.

The problem is players who might come to the club for 100K a week cost more than players who would for 50K a week. So paying Bendtner 30K more and Fabregas 30K less suits the Board perfectly. Mr. Wenger can taker the heat for not chasing players he knows in advance the club won't agree wages with and the Board can insist all kinds of money is available to him.
Martin - seriously now!!! You can not blame that performance on the fecking Board!! :banghead: :banghead:
I'd rather have PHW on the pitch than Denilson. :banghead:
  Get him in the squad for west ham! I'm seriously fucking dreading west ham now. Could be a long day!

- The performance wasn't that bad, there certainly were alot worse this season, even games against Leeds and Wigan, our performance was worse IMO.

- Fair play Ipswich, they upped their game and got a one goal lead.

- I think the abuse Bendtner gets at games these days is a disgrace, fair enough he ain't everyone's cup of tea to put it mildly, but he is still young and I honestly cannot remember seeing a player receive such abuse on regular occasions ie every game, you can see he probably hates our fans. Also these people should take a look at themselves, singing the Arshavin song and One Arsene Wenger, then abusing the fuck out of Bendtner. Stupid, he does't pick the team.

Overall I would be alot more angry if it wasn't two legs, they are going out at the Emirates IMO.
Are you fucking joking? That was by far the worst performance I've seen this season, and I've seen some right shockers from this team.
IMO it certainly wasn't.

The performance again Wigan, Newcastle, West Brom and Spurs, were all disgraceful, some even disgustingly bad.

I don't what anyone else expected tonight but I expected a game like we seen, their biggest in 7 years tbf.

We'll still get through hopefully so it isn't all bad.

And what does it say if in fact the Board's policies are handicapping the composition of the football team and you would rather ignore the possibility or it were confirned proof that is the case?

What does it say in fact if those policies continue under a new manager and the same Board or even a new Board and you continue to ignore that?

we have plan A which is pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, think of shooting pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, lose possesion...

so whats plan B? pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, look for a pass, run into a players and fall down, give the ball away, complain, get up and jog on?

We need a striker and badly. That and a CD should be our priorities. Bendtner simply isn't good enough.

We were poor tonight, like Leeds they expected to show up and win. What was annoying AGAIN was Wenger's substituions being too bloody late.

Arshavin's gone
Eboue gave up, Djourou played two positions!
Denilson is so bad its unbelievable

I'm disappointed with the result, but I wouldn't say "upset". It's not a major setback in the grand scheme of things, assuming we progress to the final. Obviously you'd expect the bulk of our first team to be able to stroll past Ipswich, so the performance is definitely cause for concern - but the actual result of this first leg is certainly not the end of the world.

Irish, the big difference is that at least those teams were PL ones. This was a bottom of the 1st division team coming into the game without a win in 12, lacking a manager and having lost 7-0 in their previous outing. :banghead:  Just how poor does one have to be to lose a game to a team coming into the match with those kind of obstacles?

They didn't even need to be good to beat us, so poor were we. How many last ditch tackles did their defence have to make? How many shots actually troubled their keeper and forced him to work?

Trouble is that the 2nd leg will take over as being their "biggest in 7 years". So what excuse do we use then. It was poor, and I really don't think I've seen worse this season!

Also - I know they weren't helped by the team and maybe turned up expecting a whitewash - but considering there were 5000 gooners there tonight I couldn't hear them on the TV....!

Just watching barca now and they're not that different to us. They pass, pass, pass but importantly they have intelligent players who are always making runs off the ball. When they are camped outside the box, they'll suddenly make two passes and score.

We just keep the ball around the box hoping it will make its way back into the box. Also they have players who can actually play on the wing and cross the ball as well as make runs into the box and score.
