One more thing they usually only play up at the big games. Their rascist drivel against Spurs for instance was something to behold. Yes scream and shout & even have a swear its good for you. I was sat behind two fella last night who spent the whole match filming things on their mobiles. Things like the crowd and the big screen(seriously, the whole game, they must have at least 30 mins of footage of the big screen). It really wound me up as I kept getting distracted. But then, they paid their £45 to be there same as me, if they get enjoyment out of not actually watching the match it's their right. I don't understand it presonally, but whatever floats their boats.

I think everyone knows that you get the nice and the not so nice at grounds, and to be honest people standing up during a game shouldnt be a problem, its how football should be. But how can you justify racist chanting? It sounds like lowerwest is fully accustomed to swearing and chanting at games, it part and parcel of the atmosphere, but i certainly wouldnt stand for any racist chanting, thats just the stuff of supporters down the road.
Finally how can u ask this guy who the fuck he thinks he is to have an opinion and then do exactly the same to him in an extremely offensive manner. These f*cking early leavers do get on my nerves though. I myself stay the whole and entire game, even after it. I don't really get to go to many matches a season, 5 or 6 because of prices, so I try to make the most of it by singing my heart out and standing up. I don't really take any notice of racist chanting, I don't do it but I don't complain about it either. I just ignore it. But what really gets my goat is people in their seats sitting there silent when all us lot are singing our hearts out for The Arsenal. I remember against Birmingham at home, 1-1, as soon as Birmingham scored loads of Gooners in the Clock End started singing, but a lot in the front rows just sat there as we chanted COME ON ARSENAL! and the Greatest Team song among others. Everyone should be just like REDAction, loyal, standing, and man can they make some noise.

I have to say I'm quite pleased there's a post like this on here today as I experienced such twattery behind me last night that I was very tempted to post such a thread myself.
I had the biggest four twats behind me last night, who thankfully only seem to show up on weeknight games. One of them seems to have only learnt the word c**t in the past few months and uses it for every occassion. Except he pronounces the word like Tony Montana from Scarface or something. Anway, I won't go into it but what I disliked the most was the constant attempts to get the attention of players, Arsenal and Newcastle by persistently bellowing their names. Over and over. "Ade. Adeee. Adeee!". Give it a rest! Please. He's not going to look over at you and acknowledge your existence just for the sake of it. He's playing football with a view to winning the fucking league. Same goes for Barton. Fair enough shout some abuse if you must but don't scream "Joey!" 30 times in a row thinking he's going to trot over and lend you his ear so you can call him a "caaaant". And save me your chat about "Are we breezing at 85 minutes bro. Safe, safe, safe yeah."
The problem is that I agree these people have as much right to be there as I have but you'd think they'd work out that, for all the good screaming really unwitty and basic insults at opposition players for the crime of being in the vicinity, the best way to get behind your team is to sing a song that might get the whole section/stand/stadium going and will do untold more good to the team's game than anything else.
Problem is they don't know any of the fucking songs.

How can ppl take the piss about what ppl chat about in front of them.....the racist abuse and swearing in front of your son is accectable but about wat ppl are chattin about is absoulutly bollox, what ppl chat about weather its work, or how good/shit the team are playing is entirely up to them. ppl who annoy me are the early leavers and late arrivers!!!! and the ques for the loos, food and drink, sometimes i jus go into the womens
