lets hope his little glass ankles can stay out of danger till the end of the season, great result tonight, half of me actually wants the scum to beat the mancs tommo or at worst a draw,
For some reason there is this niggling feeling in the back of my mind that just as our true First XI start gaining some momentum and fluidity we are going to lose 2 or 3 key players and that this will happen just before our game with Barca.
I'm praying that i'm wrong as i really want to see what our first XI is made of and whether or not we can make a real game of it.
I have had well known personal antipathy about RvP in the past but he has improved as a person and as a player.
I think the striker position suits him much better than the number 10 role, as he can focus on quick shooting, rather than the build up with the deeper role where he has technical skills but can overplay it.
It is not a surprise he is sharp now, it has taken him a few games to get back to sharpness in the past when he has returned from injury.

we desperatly need tommy v back for it to be close to our first team, any word for def on how long he is now out for,
This is his defining season at the club, he's been injured for the first part and not end like previous years, we are in a good position, can he fire us to the title?
If he gets injured again then Wenger needs to replace him and sell him to whoever is stupid enough to pay for him.
Hang on a minute while RVP was lying on the treatment table for 4 months(as usual) who was carrying our attack single-handed?.RVP has played a couple of decent games and its treated like a second coming but dont forget about Chamakh and all the hard work he did.

True about Chamakh. I feel for him.
That said he looks knackered playing whilst both RVP and Bendtner were both our, nor is he used to playing over winter.
Okay he needs (or needed) the rest but he now he needs to get back to playing not Bendtner.
Remember all the penalties and the red cards he won....not to mention the goals.
Bendtner has had two huge chances to stake his claim against two Championship sides and looked woefull in both, if he starts against Leeds ahead of Chamakh it will once again prove how stubborn Wenger is to accept defeat on a player.

chamakh done brilliant for us, think he is the sort of player that needs to be playing to keep in form, hope we can find a way of playing the two of them together and the likes of nasri cutting in from behind,
