Chamakh song

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

dont know who come up with it but its caught on. As you can see in the video, it was only a small group who knew the words at wigan. Hadn't heard it before then.

I dont mind it, something knew.
them lot can't decide what type of fans they are

one of them has a scarf and looks like a librarian
the others all look like stone island football casuals
yet they're singing "eeeeeman-well eboue" and holding up they're beer.....

the same culture divides as the online gooner I think

EDIT- I'm not having a go at away fan who sing as I am one of them it was just a joke :banghead:

Its surprising to hear that people on this forum are slagging off gooners that go away games every match and sing.
I go most away games and the support is fucking great, is it any wonder that the team play better away than they do at home.

The guys singing that song are doing there bit to get chants started and its fans like them/me that helped generate the Nasri song. This kind of thing does wonders not only for the fans but for the players. The fact that Nasri has heard it and likes it must do loads for his confidence so away gooners do have a positive knock on effect for the whole club.

Hopefully it can have the same effect with the cham chant.

As long as I can remember going away days there are always fans who don’t wear colours that dress in designers, it was going on long before now. I hate wearing anything arsenal when I go home or away games.

Don’t get why anyone would dig out any travelling gooner or a chant if you wasn’t even there? I hear the same insults all the time on here to gooners that sing or try to get an atmosphere going and also abuse to red section.

However its always from people that don’t try them selves to create any atmosphere or go away games. I know many have done there bit in the past and have credentials to show it but things have changed, it aint like what it used to be so we have to work with what we have.

Went on for about half an hour before the game last night, was a great atmosphere for those of us who actually got it going

Got one video of it, not the best but it's something haha

But has that actually happened though? :? :? There has been some criticism of the lyrics to that song, but that hardly qualifies as 'slagging off of gooners that sing at away games' does it? :?
