Look at MOTD, stadiums are not always full (far from it in fact),
It is not only because of our team (part of the thing maybe)
HHmmmm...I wonder how the club could help the fans financially? :hmmthink:
Reuce the cost of a hotdog and beer. Maybe put a voucher that you can only get if you buy a programe. This would get them 50p off the cost of the beer and hot dog.
I was actually being sacastic....that would help or......

REDUCE THE FUCKING COST OF ALL TICKETS!!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

BTW RA are doing vouchers for £2.50 pints - have you seen it?

i was being sarcastic too haha

yes i saw that amazing deal. Problem is you have to be in the ground early. I get to my seat at dead on kick off. Sometimes miss the first few mins

so you have to buy a £3 programme full of pravda shit to get 50p off a beer not the most attractive proposition ive ever seen :?

Flash my friend you forget one big almighty aspect.....

When you get the programme you also get the chance win a price that Arsene reads the numbers out for half time.

Chance of competition
Voucher for 50p off hot dog and beer
and a glossy programme full of wild story’s and interesting facts

This will really help the fans and will be a lovely way of Arsenal showing us how much my 1000k means to them.
How much!
I pay a shade under a £1K. They saw you coming.

Also the point of paying £2.50 for a pint of piss doesn't appeal either!
The first 1000 with O2 get it free but I'd rather they paid me.

Nice of RA but wish the club would do something.

Last few matches i've ended up getting about £15 worth of free beer before each game in The Gunners from those O2 girls :barscarf: They do a few laps of the pub and each time they get back round to me they've forgotten that i've already had vouchers off 'em! Result.

Unfortunately you sometimes have to listen to The Away Boyz though :(

I know that Ticketmaster is the service providing the Arsenal tickets facility, but is there actually any way of buying tickets directly from Ticketmaster once they've gone on general sale?

I ask because I received a £35 Ticketmaster gift card for Christmas, and this would be a pretty good way to spend it.

It's not every game but it's become more frequent in The Gunners since about the end of November! I hear they do it in The Tollington too now. Some girls walking around handing out vouchers for free beers if you're on O2 & you flash your phone at em to prove it. Or you can also get a free programme or a free Cesc mask ( :? ) if you'd prefer! Thankfully though there's a bunch of about 5 of em doing the rounds in there and their memories aren't very good so the system can be exploited in your favour lol :barscarf:

Fantastic! :barscarf:

Me and the time I met **** did wonder what some fans were doing with Cesc and RVP masks.

Is it only the Gunners and Tollington you can use them?

Its not just us it almost every team in the country.

Attendences have been dropping everywhere and it is a clear indication that the prices are just too high.

Man Utd where tickets were once golddust are now easily available for even the big games (us, chelski, liverpool, citeh). And for the first time in a long time they dont sell out most of their games. The same can be said for Liverpool who this season have gone to the extent of giving kids free entry into european games. Chelski? Did they ever sell out? Even Birmingham had loads of spares for the derby with villa on the weekend.

I dont feel its an indication of the teams success on the pitch more a price issue (the man ure issue tells that).

This season myself I have only been to a handful of games (silver member), due to commitments but also due to the fact that its bloody expensive. The fact that most games its over £60 a ticket is going to limit the amount of trips people take in the season. Think of the family of 4 (2adults 2 kids) for an A game. Family enclosure sold out so have to get 4 tickets outside of it. Its impossible to get 4 in the lower tier so you have to go upstairs. Minumum spend: £224 and that doesnt include booking fees, travel, food, drink, programme and a treat from the armoury for little tommy and his sister.

The average man or woman on the street is priced out of going regulalry to see football.

Your post is fairly on the spot except for that bit. Tickets for the second city derby were restricted to 22,000 after the events of the previous clash between the two in the Beer Cup. Villa were only given half their allocation i.e. 1,500 tickets as the police wanted to avoid scenes from few weeks ago.

I can see this getting worse and worse unless Wenger starts to spend some money this January. Problem is if he doesn’t and we make any kind of mistake it will all be blamed on Wenger not spending and rightly so.

Most people I speak to don’t want to put the effort on anymore as its so expensive.

I am hoping the board will see this and realise that new signing or 2 will increase ticket sales again.
I've never seen blocks Green before!
I can testify that it's good gear man. 8) :ihh: :ihh:
