Man City today

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Man City today

Post by Chippy »

With all the recent excitement (or excrement) we seem to have forgotten that we will be top of the league again by 3. I am sure we can manage a draw. I think we will win this one as Citeh seem to have really gone off the boil. 2-1 I reckon.

As for the team, the back 5 seem obvious so its the midfield and up front that'll be interesting with only Cesc, Flanimal and Ade definite. I reckon it'll be Hleb and the purple one. Probably Diaby instead of Theo.

Today is a massive game. A win for us, and we put pressure on United, and let's face it, Sp*rs isn't an easy place to go to any more. We've seen from the Bolton and West Ham results that they are beatable. It's also imperative that we get a good result because we're about to go in to a period of 5 (league) games that are all definitely winnable, so a good set of results today would really give us something to build on!

The Gooner is back, so for one day only, it's all about positivity! As Curtis said; move on up! 8)

So the team is as I predicted. Theo on the bench. Come on Arsenal.

1 for Ade, one for Theo!
