Carling Cup Final Tickets

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Those should be amalgamated to be honest. Someone trying to get a ticket for huddersfield will be in a spot of bother
But there's a section for wanted tickets this is about the allocation & lottery systems etc..

I hope everyone that wants a ticket gets one.

My calcs, however are as follows:

31,803, less 1,500 away scheme = 30,303
30,303 less 12,000 on 3+ credits = 18,303
18,303 less 1,300 tickets the Club will snaffle for friends, family, staff etc.
= 17,000 in a ballot to the remaining season ticket holders:
40,000 less 1,000 away scheme members who also have a season ticket, less 12,000 guaranteed ticket holders
= 27,000
You can further discount the 27,000 by 10% IMO (people who don't want to go)

I reckon you are then left with 17,000 tickets vs 24,300 applicants.
About a 60% chance of a ticket IMO.

Will not go to Silvers or Reds.

Any idea where in the ground the various prices of tickets will be located?

If I remember rightly from the last time we were there v Chelsea, the cheapest tickets are located in the upper tier?

Half the users on this forum claim to have contacts inside the club so I am sure they will all be fine and won't be scrambling for tickets in the For Sale section.

Oh hang on.................

Are the Irish allowed into your lottery?

But its not my lottery

But if it was mine, Irish Gooner would certainly be not in it and I would give Rebel a free one
Racist
Who? me? never!

That always puzzles me.I sat next to two season ticket holders in the old North Bank who never went to any final at Wembley in 98 and the Cardiff finals. Why buy a season ticket and go to the home games and not go and see your team win a trophy? As i am a silver member i wont be going this time.My first final i have missed since West Stam 1980.Coincidence

I have asked the club for 14 together in seats without the sun in our eyes and close to a burger bar.

good luck, although i think you are pushing it a bit with the burger bar, you may have to settle sitting near the donut and hot pies stand  :barscarf:

It's a bit of a bitch if you share a ticket though, especially if you and your old man are the ones who have collected the away credits.

Final's on my birthday too :(
