As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

102...although half is corporate (i think)
Thanks Booms, is it actually possible to purchase Club Wembley seats for this match alone?
Booms?
Think it's opposite the tunnel. Block 226.
Wrong side of the stadium.
The steps go up the side of the tunnel, up to the Royal box.
Just did some research and discovered the following. Birmingham's home attendances in the Carling Cup this year have been:
V Rochdale - 6,431
V MK Dons - 9, 450
V Brentford - 15, 166
V Villa - 27, 679
V West Ham - 27, 519
Total Attendance - 86, 245
Average Attendance 17,249
This compares to the 59,000 odd that we sold for each of the two home games played. That means that plenty of gooners who have attended those games won't have a chance of a ticket for the Final. So how is it fair that they get the same ticket allocation as us, when they averaged 40,000 less in the previous games?
Surely we should inundate the Football League with e-mails asking how it can possibly be right that Birmingham's 'Big Games Only' fans can get tickets whilst more loyal Arsenal fans miss out?

I Hate Hleb wrote:I reckon it's unlikely the day before the game. I'm sure there will be plenty at Wembley on the day itself.
was just wondering because id prefer to try and secure a ticket the day before the game if i could.
dont really want to get stuck around wembley watching it in a pub up there if i cant get a ticket on the day of the game, would prefer to watch it on Blackstock Rd if that was to happen.
will the touts be out early on the day of the game do you think?
Yes, but prices are likely to be more expensive then. Traditionally tickets tend to get cheaper the nearer to kick-off because some touts just want to get rid of them and gain some money back.
Anyway, if you've got the spare time and cash, then I suppose you've got nothing to lose by going down to Wembley in the hope of catching a tout wandering about.
