any fans of the gridiron game here? so whos watching "the show" 2nite? hoping the pats can cap of their incredibible season by beating the giants. glad the giants r there though, as i got 2 c them at wembly in october

also want the pats 2 win as their an afc team, and a s broncos fan i always follow the afc team (raiders apart).

well not everything american is unwatchable

i enjoy gridiron but i simply do not have the time to watch it. so once a year, i make a point of watching the superbowl. invariably need a coffee every 20 minutes to get me to the halftime show, but after that i can stay awake unaided to watch the last 2 quarters. i've always liked the giants. reminded me of arsenal in the late 80s early 90s - brilliant defence. so i'm supporting the underdogs tonight.

I get in to a bit of 'football' from time to time and yes, I'll be watching. My girlfriend is a New Yorker, which basically means that I'm a Giants fan

Instead of watching the superbowl, I will be taking the opportunity to pull out all of my fingernails without anasthetic and perform my own dental surgery

years ago when rte ( irish national station ) used to show it i got into it big time and took the new york jets as my team because they had a green strip,, but now i cant watch it anymore but dont mind the highlights,, just goes on to long

i agree the game dose drag on a bit, esp the superbowl, which can take up to 3 1/2 hours, compared to the normal 3 hours. when ure actually at a game its totally different 2 watching it on tv. as well as going 2 wembley last year, i also went 2 denver 2 watch the broncos, and had a great time. once a body gets 2 know the rules, its def a great game 2 watch. mind, it took me a full season 2 learn the rule, and that 22 years ago.
