HE CAN THOUGH APPLY TO BE A CANNON CLUB MEMBER, WHICH ALSO HAS CHEAPER TICKETS AND OTHER BENEFITS AVAILABLE.

From the official website
Q. What is the Junior Gunners?
A. Junior Gunners is part of The Arsenal Official Membership for both boys and girls up to and including 16 years of age (16 years or less on 31st August 2007).
Can't find anything about the Cannon Club but I know it exists. I believe it is for 17 and 18 yos so they can buy tickets without their dads.

I'm a junior gunner and im 16, when you turn 17 you join the cannon club:

The Cannon Club (Silver) is a membership scheme for 17 and 18 year olds who were members of the Junior Gunners during the previous season or two. Each member can continue to purchase tickets in our Family Enclosure at a reduced rate. Cannon Club members are entitled to purchase tickets in the Family Enclosure for themselves alone, as part of a group which includes a Junior Gunner member or with a Senior Citizen member. Subject to availability, tickets go on sale two calendar months before a fixture.

hope that helps :)

if you've been a junior gunner for at least a season then im sure that instead of renewing your membership at the end of the season they give you the forms to join the cannon club.

I still think you can get away with the JG
For example when your 17 no longer a member but just get a brand new membership change the name & age then bobs your uncle 8)
if the stewards say anything just say a younger photo of yourself in the ID thing that is given out now & see how it goes from there
