Denilson today

Denilson - I'm starting to really think his role is to make up the numbers. He offers nothing, never has and never will.

AA23 - will probably be slated for this but I did think he put a bit of effort in yesterday. Just his final ball, shot etc were woeful. Maybe a goal would give him a bit of confidence back.THEN to hear the Spuds have put in a £40 million offer for a player while we continue to trawl the bargain basement - shit we're not even doing that.

Agreed, he has been putting the effort in, but time is running out for him if he can't play his way back into form against inferior opposition.

He will be gone soon enough, considering the rise of Wilshere and hopefully Ramsey will be back to his old self.

Enough were defending him over those 3 years (and some still do!) that I felt a light hearted "I fucking told you so you mongo bastards" was justified.

I actually stood up and cheered when he went down injured because it is the only way Wenger won't play this waste of space! He offers absolutely nothing :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Is the author or the "in defence of Denilson" article around and, if so, does your opinion still stand??!!

And as others brought it up I still have faint hope for AA23 and Nic B but with Denilson I honestly can't take anymore :cry:
