Sky have just announced that the FA are not taking action against Fabregas as the matter wasn't brought to their attention in an "extraordinary incident report " by referee Lee Mason. Therefore the FA have no case to go on and Fabregas has no case to answer...But that shouldn't be that. David Moyes now has to clarify what he said or apologize to Fabregas, Arsenal and Sky TV. There are fewer things stronger than the Power of Suggestion. Used by clever lawyers and barristers in court cases. Make a comment and withdraw it, the seed is planted in the jurors minds.
The FA or Fabregas himself should force this issue or next time Fabregas questions a decision by a defensive referee he is liable to be booked.

Just intercepted this email sent from a blackberry

To

The FA
cc Ref asoc

We are dissapointed with the referee in last nights game between Arsenal and Everton. His and his teams actions were not upto the standard required in a game involving a team like Arsenal. We demand higher standards and a more consistant inconstistancy in the officials that officiate at Arsenal games. We do not pay out hundreds of thousands of pounds to your organisations each season to see your officials and rules be used in ways that do not help us.

This is just a friendly warning but if this attitude amoung your officials carry's on we will have no option but to send Sir Alex down to talk to you(and you do not want that do you)

Yours

David Gill

Jokes aside we're not getting much luck with the refs.

First up was Dowd, who makes up rules as you go along. Ball hitting himself he blows for a drop ball! :? WTF!

Then Clattenburg. You may have well had SAF officiating. Maybe he was in a mask he calls the 'Mark Clattenberg'.
Sending Squish off when there were players nearer to the goal!
Actually sending him off did us a favour, shame he couldn't send Denilson off as well.  Plus many other decisions like the Cesc push (which Cesc got carded) and the penalty which was only a yellow.

I wonder if Mason will be 'relegated' to a lower league fixture next week.

the way the media jumped on what moyes said is a disgrace . they've tried to discredit our comeback and I'm appaled at moyes.

his team were gifted a goal and he is surprised our captain reacted so? fucking imbecile, if that happened against his side he'd be pulling out his hair and creaming himself over the injustice .

the fact is we beat the ref 2-1, and yet we're still being given stick. I love we're being given a hard time and I hope Cesc leads us to glory this season as we push the media darlings off top spot to claim our first trophy since whenever (ask sky, they know how long its been)

To be fair we got a bit of luck with Clattenburg last Saturday. And Dowd against Leeds. And that Italian dude against Partizan. Had our fair share of decisions go for us this year. Saying that, Mason was a total *word censored* last nite, offside apart that booking of Jack after 3 seconds or whatever it was, was shocking.

we may have had a 'bit' of luck
but ManUre seem to find a winning lottery ticket every weekend
GNevs mystery non2nd yellow v Stoke, mystery non pen/red card v the Baggies and Blackpools non pen @2-0 up are 3 of the most inexplicable decisions I've seen in years (Rio's last man rugby tackle on Freddy in the 50th game also springs to mind)

the goal against us last night also deserves to make that list

I was going to add that to my post, we have had 'some' decisions which have gone for us but it's the recent games that the refs have been shocking.
I know we won but by the looks that Clattenberg was giving our players you wouldn't have been shocked to hear that he was either a manc or a scum fan.

So Fabregas said "'How much have you paid the ref?' and 'Everton are a bunch of cheats'."

Shock horror I am disgusted at these outragious comments...have caused such uproar amoung the media and at Everton grow up and grow a set Mr Moyes are you telling me you have not heard worse than that in a tunnel at a football match or anywhere else........

No of course not coming from that nice little hamlet of Glasgow :banghead:

Lazy journo alert.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... senal.html

Fabregas decided he's had enough off piss taking refs, opposition players and it's because he's frustrated at being at the Arsenal and wants to leave.

It couldn't be that he's won stuff now and will not let said t**t refs and opposition players stop him and his club from winning more stuff.

It couldn't be that he's finally reacting to the number of ridiculous decisions that go against his club yet never seem to bother the press.

It couldn't be that he's just decided that what works for Rooney,Gerrard,Cashley,Ferdinand and Terry should work for him too.

It's non of those things is it ....NO of course not he's fighting harder and being more aggressive to win and get decisions because he's had enough off The Arsenal.

Yes that's what I do when I can't stand the company I work for, I work even harder to make them more money   :banghead:
