"The Poznan"

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

hhhhmmm... looks a bit naff to my jaded cinical eyes to be honest...

I've never liked choreographed crowd stuff - reeks too much of the crowd rubbish you see in American Statisticsball...

I'd rather stick with singing/chanting til I'm hoarse and jumping about like a lunatic when we score... all miraculously impromptu and unchoreographed!

But, there is zero chance of it happening in N5 : It is far too much fun.
N5? that's a block of flats. I thought the ground was in N7 now?
Check the OS map. N5 finishes at Hornsey Road/Benwell Road roundabout. We're still in N5 8)

This is common too, AEK Athens do it better than any other fans i've seen. You can see it on here from about 3.45 onwards; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxkvC64-W2E

Courtesy of Ruch Chorzow, I'd like to see this at The Grove too, the health & safety nuts would go mental lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89TtNtVzVhk
That's hectic....imagine that at the Grove. 8)

Maybe flash can take his camera and film it 8)

The majority of European & World Football puts the UK to shame (big time!)

Watched the Dortmund v Schalke game tonight. Away fans bounced chanted loud from start to finish, non-stop. Magic support. Their team earned an excellent away point.

We think away fans chanting a selection of 8 songs, as quick as they can by the way, is ideal support for your team. Fucking insult to football support we are (yes I include myself). Even though a lot of the clubs on the continent are run my pacts, especially eastern europe, you still have to admire their support. They are showing their support to not only their club but representing their region and letting others know they have passion about it.

There is small elements of this type of support in Irish football but it's few and far between these days.

I think we are all aware that clubs enjoy coming to our place and the lovely pitch and surrounding we have. Imagine both ends of the ground having season-ticket holders that want to be in a singing-section. This kind of support could be organised and portrayed. Stoke, Newcastle, West Brom, Chelski and the S*cum would have 7 sleepless nights before their match knowing what they are walking out into.

+1 goal before the game even kicks off. Cop the f*ck on Arsenal and make it happen. We are viewed as a world-class club, let's have world-class support for our team :barscarf:
