I'm not worried about United, it's us I'm thinking of. United maybe shite to watch, but just watch when its time to win games they will, like all season so far.
All it takes is more dropped points in the league, defeat in the CC final or a hammering by Barca and this season will probably go into free fall. This group is not near as mentally strong as the other teams.

What happened today was unfortunate although aided by certain situations which on another day may or may not occur again.
You'd have to imagine, that this result, along with others, will encourage the team to learn more. We are by no means the finished article. We have more to offer where as Man U are digging really hard every game to get a result.
I'll be surprised if they finish this season as strong as they have in the past. Injuries/suspensions could mount and their back-up, as shown today, is pretty shit.
On another note. I would make Theo Walcott captain of Arsenal. His mentality this season has been fantastic. His work-rate and belief is tailor made for captaincy. Disagree (people) as you wish but he'd be my captain if I was manager. We lack a real leader/s
Irish you should worry about utd. They drop points and we gain em, who's laughing. 1989 mate. Every point and goal must be cherished and added to. The fact is in regards to winning the league their reuslut are just as important as ours.

I would say that I believe more in Wenger to do the best for Arsenal, rather than believing in the team. If that sounds strange I'll try to put it another way: If we had a different Manager with this set of players I wouldn't be as happy. So, YES, In Wenger I trust.
I don't agree that 'realists' expectations are lower at all. If anything I would say that the 'Rosetinter' perspective is more 'realistic' as they/we seem to be more patient, rational and accept setbacks that the team/players goes through.
'Realists' on the other hand are very, very angry and expectant, which is a perspective highly likely to end in dissapointment, and invariably does.
My advice would be to 'see the light' and take a peek through the 'Rosetinted glasses'. Try it, you may like it !
