I saw this earlier and to be fair on Nick it's the Daily Fail twisting his words.

50k a week and he moans about not been able to Ski!

What he actually says and means is that in order to be a professional he has to accept certain aspects. Like lack of privacy and not being able to ski due to the possible risk of injury.

After reading the article, I couldnt find one mention of 50k plus he also states with the work he does its not just a job, its entertainement - look at movie stars etc.

Some would say adam sandler is worth 20 million per movie, i would say hes not worth 5.

Once again his words have been twisted. He is worth 50k per week (if he is actually on that) because 1 that is what his employer pays him. 2 we pay the club Â£Â£Â£Â£ so they can afford to pay it to him.

As the article stated some people are over paid other under paid. But we cant all be footballers. The media needs to get over its fixation with footballers salarys, it wont change.

This lack of privacy that some "famous" people come out with is absolute bullshit - when it suits them they dont think twice of doing their exclusive interviews with the papers/magazines/tv or whoever so dont tell me how you crave privacy

As well as that surely even somebody as stupid as nic is would realise that dating a princess is not the best route to go for privacy

Hold on for a minute.....are you saying that if enough of us stop handing over money to the club then bendtner wont get as much wages ?

In all fairness mate that is utter bullshit......he is paid that much money purely and simply cos the senile old fool running our club believes he is worth it and seeing as how the % of fan related income a club takes in is low then our contributions or opinions dont count for shit
