INGURLAND V DENMARK

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Question of the Day: Who is the more diabolical defender... Glen Johnson or Eboue?

Neither, Paul Merson.

Exactly.

Bollocks to snoods. Chewing gum should be banned on any football pitch.

Why do footballers spit? To get rid of saliva. Which interferes with their breathing.

What causes excess saliva? Chewing fucking gum.

Any footballer who chews gum is a lazy bastard.

Berbatov. I rest my case.

If I was Bendtners advisor, I would have advised him to rather give up this football nonsense and stick to skiing  8)

Cant help but think that Lumpard did jack very few favours. The fat fuck just doesnt fit into the England side - he has had essien to pick up his slack at chavsea. Drop imo.

He should really have partnered Jack with Parker - thats what I call a balanced midfield.

england have no vision at all. players like jack, mceachran and rodwell are the future - but only when gerrard barry and lampard do the right thing and retire from international football because the incoherent wop doesnt have the cubes to drop them when it matters no matter how poorly they play for their clubs

Agree regarding lampard. He does England zero favours and never has.

Can you remember the last time we looked a balanced side with lumpard in it?

Gerrard is still a quality player and should play when fit. Barry, as average and one-paced as he is, can still "do a job" for England when required.

Heres how i would go:

------------Hart
richards terry rio cuntley
-----jack----parker
walcott--gerrard---johnson
------------rooney---------
