According to the BBC the OPLC has recommended West Ham as the preferred owners.

They tried it on with Stratford, it felt nice, showing off what the future could be like, but stratford have now realised that spurs are just a middle-aged old *word censored* going through a crisis. Spurs now have to go back to the missus and make it up to her.

The Northumberland Project is dead isn't it? I believe Levy said yesterday it was the OS or nothing? I also think he said he'd take it through the courts if they didn't win the OS... :?
