REDaction Update - Its the big one!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

REDaction Update - Its the big one!

Hi all

So, the game we have been waiting for since December is almost here.
Quite possibly the two best "football" teams in the world. And
despite what they might say, we don't mean Spurs against Milan!

A couple of things to let you know about in advance of tomorrow's game.

1. Please get into the ground early, and start making some noise.
The club have a montage for the big screens showing some of our
greatest European moments, and it will make the hairs on the back of
your neck stand up! Most definitely worth getting into the ground by
7:25pm for!

2. A sneak preview - you will find one of these on your seat
tomorrow. Please don't put it straight in your pocket to take home
and sell on eBay! http://twitpic.com/403s37 . There should be more
going on pre match as well - AFC are working hard for this one.

3. A reminder that there is no beer available at half time - so all
the more reason to stay in your seat until the half time whistle goes!

Seriously mm99 it is just a bit of fun :roll: Personally I have always felt that people should always be willing to laugh at themselves and anyone who isnt must be so far up their own arse :roll: :oops:

Hardly a bit of fun when it happens in literally every post of his...
Begs the question, if you take the piss out of your own club so much, what the fuck are you doing supporting the team in the first place?

I have no qualms with people expressing dissatisfaction with the club on certain issues, or criticising players that they don't like (god knows how much i hate that square headed twat denilson), but to actively go out your way to take the piss out of your own club is wrong.

And that whole "laughing at yourself" thing is a load of bollocks, so because i have a bit of pride and respect for the club that i support i am up my own arse? Ye alright pal...
