To say he was colossal is not putting too fine a point on it.

He took the game to Messi, stood up to him and played a blinder. His best game in an Arsenal shirt.

Let's hope he can repeat the performance in the return.

My first post since getting back and it had to be to apologise to Kos. I was not a fan earlier in the season, but tonight he was absolutely fucking immense. Sorry mate I now officially love you. Not in tennis club way!

Knowing Kos was playing in 2ng french league 2 years ago and played for Lorient one season ago, playing against Barca in the CL one year later is a little miracle in itself for Kos.
The way he played vs Messi, VIlla and pedro (Was he really playing?) is one hell of a Miracle!

My sentiments exactly. I was a little harsh on Kos earlier in this thread, but awesome performance tonight. Looks a completely different player with Djourou next to him, compared to when he has Squalacci.

It's a good problem for Wenger to have. Just hope he doesn't stick Djorou in the reserves and adopts a fair rotation system.

I have to hold up my hands as well, while I knew we had to give him time to adapt, I thought he was going to end up as overpriced squad help. Looked clumsy at first but has learnt to adapt, the aggressive style he employs will lead to mistakes but he has cut most of them out since earlier in the season and has given Wenger a nice headache.

Hmmmm... what can you say about Kos, I've been one of his biggest critics this season, but last night he was immense, (along with Jack), I really hope he kicks on now, and keeps this standard of play up. Quality.
