Wojciech Szczesny

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

On messi's chip in the first half that goes right next to the post, Schezzer goes out very well and blocks a fair amount of space towards goal. His save on a pedro "Madjer" is top reflex. overall he was brilliant tonight once again and clearly looks like No. 1 material.

Great player, clearly gives a massive fuck about his club despite being from Poland. How a few of our foreign players (not all) could learn some passion and pride from him.

Next time the missus rides cowgirl I’m gonna get her to finish just like this. :-P

The goalie gloves will of course be optional, I'm not a fucking pervert.

One of the best things that happened this year was Almunia getting hurt. Fabianski played fantastic too, but the future is WS53. Black keeper kits were one of the best I've seen yet.

Helps as well that he's been at the club since he was 16.

Certainly seems a lucky keeper. Thought he swept up well tonight, including that brave dive to a low cross inside the six yard box late on and several times dove at feet. Didn't have much to do as a shot stopper, one blast straight at him from Pedro when he stood up well, slightly worried by his performance when facing 1v1's.

Sorry, not as a huge a fan of his being number 1 next season as the rest of you.
