THINGS I HATE ABOUT ARSENAL

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The erosion of the great traditions that the club used to stand for (all players wearing the same length sleeves on match day, club crest to name but 2) :( Success may come and go and great players may come and go but the traditions of the club were meant to last for ever but money seems to be the most important thing nowadays

Personally, some wanker behind me who consatntly calls Arshavin, 'Arthur' as he thinks its hillarious.

People who when you shout something, look at you as if you're odd.

People who turn around and disagree with something you might be saying to your mate, I don't give a fuck about your opinion *word censored*.

This is probably most away gooners at the Villa game who saw AA23 be brilliant and absolute shite in a space of 45mins...sums up the little russian's season really  ......not sure about the 'Great' bit though
I can understand if someone has suddenly turned to shit. But its the attacks on players from kick off and its constant that get to me

Maybe I'm too patient

The fact that they still haven't got the message that...

1) Getting the fans to shout out the line up will NEVER work
2) Little flags before the game... :banghead:

Isnt this the emotions of football fans? I think being a fan is all about emotion and the love of the team. If Cesc misplaces an easy pass and fucks up an attacking move i'll shout out for fucks sake Cesc thats shit or words to that effect and then 5 mins later when he scores a blinder ill be screaming how brilliant he is. In a way i wish i could be calm about everything during the matches but im a nervous wreck and for those 90 minutes Arsenal is the only thing i care about so my nerves take over

Its more extreme than that. A lot of people will do that, my self included.

Its the constant on the back from the off. Like 'fuck off you're shit, go chelsea, fuck off back to <country>' that kind of thing. Usually for a very little mistake or the person just doesn't approve of their turn or whatever

Should have said I hate the fact the crest on our shirts looks like it was drawn at the Junior Gunners Christmas Party with a packet of colouring pencils for the winner. We have had many historical crests on our shirts..The current on is a joke...

Don't rise to it Frank. Miroslav is clearly jealous that we actually leave our front rooms to watch the game.
