Massive decision

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I have never been to OT and i don't know if i want to go there, if i have to hide the fact i'm a gonner (not celebrating on goals, chant, etc).

What to do?
You can't come all that way and not go. But as others have said keep quiet and enjoy

Have never sat with the opposition supporters so don't know what it's like, but like other guys have said it is all about how well you can control yourself.

I have none so wouldn't be able to just sit there and look glum, especially against the Mancs.

In the days when we still had terraces, it was quite acceptable for away fans to sit with the home fans in the seats - it wasn't normally segregated. You had to be sensible of course, and show some respect to your hosts. But at places like West Brom, Ipswich, Villa etc there was normally good banter and little trouble. Nowadays though, I'm sad to say, I think its become a definite no no for away fans to sit in with the home fans - regardless of where you are in the ground - so, much more caution required.

Last season I even found myself shouting (supported by most of the people around me) at a steward to eject some PSV fans who an Arsenal season ticket holder had brought in with him on his kids tickets! Don't like the guy so it wasn't a tough decision to take.... and I think their unbridled celebration of the late goal was disrespectful !!

it may cost you a couple of bob but see if you can swap it with a tout outside....or at the booking office just outside the ground

I'm coming to Engalnd tommorow, finally.

As for this massive decision, i decided to go to the match after all and try to control myself somehow. Lets just hope i'll have a good reason to control my emotions, by not celebrating.

I promise to take photos of manure fans when we score the winner.

Well, This lady is called Efrat Gosh. She's an upcoming singer in Israel and shes got one of the best singing voice i have ever heard in my life. She's very attractive as well.. I'm a very picky person when it comes to music, so she has to be somthing special, believe me.

I sat in the Villa section behind the away dugout at our away game this season. I was given the tickets by a supplier. The first half we were amazing and I was in agony because I couldn't celebrate at all. Villa have a policy that any non-villa fans are immediately ejected once their identity is established. Couldn't do it again.
