Vomiting From Both Ends.........

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Vomiting From Both Ends.........

Post by northbankbren »

Fucking hell. Fallen foul of one of those 24 hour type bug things. Im pretty sure i caught it off my old man who wasnt well on sat.

I honestly dont think I've ever been as ill as i was last night.

It was like i was pissing out of my arse/while vomiting from the rite end every bloody 10 mins.....ALL NIGHT :banghead: Couldnt even keep water down. Got to the point where the stomach was empty and was bringing up the bile from my stomach, but my arse was like a leeky tap.

One of those ones that was so bad I was sat on the bog in agony and actually said a little prayer to make it stop.

Only got up about an hour ago, and drained as fuck.

Message is, if anyone you know gets one of these bugs, stay the fuck away from them, or chance are you'll be pissing out of your arse too. :banghead:

:puke: :puke: :puke:

Sounds similar to rice food poisoning.

You feel awful then sit on toilet all night.

Hope you are better now.

Still really nauseous and havent got appetite back, but not getting sick or pissing out of the arse anymore, thank god. I'll live.

Norovirus. When my sister and her family moved in with me for a few weeks, 3 of us copped it one night, spent the next day sheepish, the next not particularly hungry and the next day feeling ok...

You'll be right as reign (or is it rain?) in a couple days chum. Not fun but not forever either

Myself and the missus had that winter vomiting bug about a year after we got married (no kids at that stage) and we spent three days destroying our bathroom and onsuite. It was fucking relentless. Her family and mine took it in turns to drop water and toilet paper in the door for us as we were that contagious. Our doctor wore a mask when he called. His advice? Go with it, keep hydrated, if it gets worse after 3 days I'll hospitalise you. Took days before either of us felt like eating. Awful fucking time.

You have my sympathy Bren.
