I remember Paddy’s at SB from Bergkamp’s through ball but he didn’t muscle past anyone & I’m pretty sure that was the 2-1 in the league.

That must be it My memory is getting worse, I would have sworn that Vieira finished it off.
Either way there’s a few goals in there that would qualify as underrated or forgotten gems. I’d totally forgotten the one against Leicester that Dennis & Bobby laid on a plate for him. Is it me, or is Bergkamp involved in at least half the goals on this thread?
I also remember a couple of belters from Lee Dixon against Chelsea, both late equalisers. First one was at Stamford Bridge late in 91-92 season, a looping volley. The other was smashed in from a cleared corner in front of the North Bank - 96 was it?

i can't find the actual goal for that last link but i'm sure you can all remember what happened next. definately underrated, but by his standards that sort of finish was simply bread & butter stuff.
