As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

our Bs are way better than theirs...
Our Bs:

Lost at Shakthar
Lost at Braga
Drew at Wigan
Lost at Ipswich
Needed lucky penalty to draw at home vs Leeds
Needed fabregas + penalty to beat Huddersfield at home
Drew at Orient

can you see a pattern here...our Bs can't win fucking game of football...

Whatever side he puts out tomorrow has to be capable of beating Orient at home..... I can see the point of playing Kos and Chesney to let them get it off their chest. Does the mistake on Sunday mean we should write them off? No. I seem to recall Lee Dixon lobbing his own keeper (I was tempted to say lobbing Seaman but I won't....) at Highbury one time. And Seaman's list of howlers (even in big games) are legendary - and yet time and again he came back.

I think he will play his strongest side at Old Trafford regardless of the results against Sunderland and Barca. Downside is that I think Ferguson will do the same. Agree though that our B's are better. United's B's lost 5-1 at West Ham earlier this season, and were lucky to win 1-0 at home to Crawley.....

yes but eboue waves to the fans.

Eboue is shit lets not get it twisted. Atleast his attitude and love for arsenal is there.

Your right though he is a waste of space but not top of my hit list

Seaman was the best keeper around when he let Nayim beat him from half a mile away in Paris 95......and he was still number One when he cost England the game against Brazil in the World Cup quarter finals in 2002....an isolated lapse can happen to even the most experienced player - and in the case of Chesney this is (at the moment) an isolated lapse!

Totally agree, said the very same thing at the weekend - its a perfect game for them - hopefully not too much to do, get straight back out there and hopefully get a win under their belts.

Particularly with Chesney, he was always going to make a mistake at some point as ALL goalkeepers do, its a test now of his character to see how he reacts - im not too worried about him, he has been very good for us. Same with LK - i actually thought he had an overall decent game Sunday and has been one of my players of the season this year if you take everything into account - it was a right royal fuck up on a big stage, but hopefully the crowd will get behind them.

Those two will get blamed fo the defeat, but their were a lot of players in front of them that were very poor.

It'd be nice to get a banner or something for Chesney...Just a simple one with maybe him and a line saying 'Arsenals Number 1'. To show our support and also to pass the hint to Wenger that no way should Almunia ever come back in the side!

How about: "Chesney - next time you better think twice before taking piss out of certain players on fucking twitter - it may come back to haunt you"

For the most part I enjoy going to The Arsenal no matter who the opposition is or what squad we put out, but if there's ever been a game i've been less excited about I certainly can't remember it
