Its absolute Guff like this that annoys me....what do you mean take away his goals?! he is a forward and he scored three, and you still have a go at him!! Absolute Bollocks!!
This thread is a bit of a joke too, We beat Orient 5-0 with our reserves....there wasnt one player out there that would start normally, so stop crying!! its pathetic! Denilson was fine, always budy in midfield so dont start with the Denilson bashing, he isnt good enough to play for our first 11 when all are fit, which is why he doesnt 90% of the time!
Fringe players wont be as good as the starting 11...thats why they are fringe players!!
People get on Bendtners back from the off, i dont know what the problem is with some people, every game i have to say something to some prick that doesnt give the players a chance, straight onto them wanting them subbed, and as soon as the sub comes on and makes a mistake they want them off.....some fans are pathetic!!
As for moaning about people singing the managers name....he is our manager, whether you like it or not, and as it stands we are in the big 3 competitions, with a fair shot at winning all three!!!
I cant wait until we win the league....most people on here will moan that we only won it because chelsea were poor or united drew too many or other such shit!!
If we do win it im going to post a picture of my ball sack on here so quite a few of you can kiss it!!
1. I agree re bendtner - slagging him off after he does all that he can, is a little ridiculous. However, it should be noted that it was against a poor side, and that some people do not have much faith in bendtner's ability to lead our attack on a regular basis against top opposition. Probably including the manager.
2. Fringe players - The reason they get stick, is because they play a vital role in determining whether we challenge (and win) major honours. For various reason, we seem to suffer under serious injuries, and as has been proved over the last 3-5 years, our back-up players have not been good enough to carry us over the line. It's the very fact that we see them so often, and that they don't perform, is what leads to much of the frustration.
3. Fans react to players at a football match - where have you been for 150 years? Over-reaction is something, but for some, football is a passion that cannot be switched on and off - Like Ian Wright, you take the good with the bad. You don't have to say anything - you choose to.
4. If people want to sing his name, fine. As for having a fair shot at all three, we've been down this raod before, so I think if people react in a certain way at this time of year, regarless of being in with a chance, it's probably because of experience of history. Learn from history, and you won't repeat the same mistakes.
5. I think if we win the league, then people will be too busy celebrating to be on here (I would hope so). But to have the opinion that the door was opened for us because the standard was lower this year is not a crime if it turns out to be fact.
6. ...And as you know, I will be running naked down Holloway Rd and into the Wig if we in the league, so I'll kiss your balls at the same time, to save me having to make the journey twice. Ok?
