Manure FA cup footy thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Reckon that we might have a good shot at this for some reason. If we do get past them, it's ours to lose - but we all know that we're fully capable of that.

Yet another defeat at OT. 4 competitions down to 1 in 13 days, appalling stuff :banghead:

Yep, and every year I allow myself to believe that maybe, just maybe this once we won't fucking blow it. I'm an idiot :banghead:

gosh i'll sleep with a heavy heart come saturday, but i've already accepted it.

wembley farce last week, sunderland last weekend, slapped tonight, then out to this lot in one dubious way or another. plus, you can bet your girlfriend that that fat shrek will score.

awful 2 weeks to be a gooner. i can't see anything else but a 3-1 ish win, the scenes of that 4-0 loss up there a few years back, when nani took the piss, and justin hoyte chased shadows all afternoon, is haunting me already. only this time denilson will have the privelage of epitomising our sheer no hope.

oh well, ever cloud and all that, this utd sqaud obviously aren't that good so can't afford to play every other weekend and midweek, which they will after they dispatch of us and marseille, so i'd bet my life on them dropping points in the league.

over to us, now where's that bottle . . .

Embarrassing defeat on the cards

I cant see us winning the FA Cup no matter what anyway, I've this weird thought we will get Stoke in the semi final and they will gain revenge for the 70s games
