Dynamo Kiev

Post by topgoon »

City have been a bit iffy but Kiev are good their 2nd goal was well taken by Gusiev and their keeper is very good.

Tevez is the kind of striker I wish we would buy to partner RvP, his energy would mean, their would be no such thing as a lost cause.

The only player I've seen better than him or as good for their team in the league this season is Fani for Surrey Utd and our own Samir.

I don't rate Berbatv beacuse like all luxury players he is of no use in the trenches

Kiev are a quality side & have been playing decent football for a good few years now. They remind me of how we used to be; quick, one touch football & they're fucking fast. One end to the other in seconds. Very tidy at the back too.

Not an easy place to go Lobanovsky, hopefully they can do the business in the 2nd leg. How uninterested did Balotelli look too

Isn't 'The Horse' part of their coaching staff?

Could he be the answer to our woes?

Playing good football this year! I've been quite impressed with them this season, impressed enough to wager a decent bet on them tonight to score 2 or more goals.

Roll back a couple of years and they should have been ousted out of the Champions League qualifiers by Irish side Drogheda Utd. Utd could and really should have showed them up. Hit the post several times, spurned numerous clear cut chances late on etc (in Kiev). Kiev were blessed.

I've watched them several times this season and really enjoy their football. Perhaps another trip to Dublin is on the cards
