I think we should get rid of all but four of our players get a new manager and spend absolute fortunes on new players, also i think we should buy Torres from Chelski for 100m and pay him 400k a week..

As to the squad itself I have peice but its rther loge analyzing how to re-build and/or re-shape the squad in the event Cesc does leave - but guess what guys its kind of long - so maybe I'll post it here or open it another thread to carry on from there, so people can read that and choose to reply or not.

I will say this our goal should be to have at least twenty or twenty one genuine first eleven quality players as we did in 2003-2004 (in 2001-2002 we had twenty five in 1997-1998 twenty-two). in order to kminimize the likelihood of injuries seriously impacting our performance. In my mind this current squad - including Cesc Fabregas - comes up four or five players short of that mark.
