The holy trinity of Arsenal programmes

The holy trinity of Arsenal programmes

Post by sabastiane »

Today I received my copy of the Liverpool-Arsenal 26 May 1989 programme. To go along with my '71 FA cup final and Arsenal-Anderlecht Fairs cup final I think I have the holy trinity of Arsenal programmes.

Nice - I have the 71 cup final signed by Charlie George and Bob Wilson (courtesy of stadium tours) I bought it for 70p from a programme fair at Roots Hall - Southends Ground about 30 years ago.

I also have the Anfield 89 programme and match ticket as I went to the game and was lucky enough to have it signed by all the players and George Graham via a friend of Perry Groves.

Anderlect 70 I do not have !

Sorry to bring up an old thread but in a bidding war on ebay for the 1989 programme with match ticket for away section, what is the most I should pay/you would pay if you were in my situation?

Class trinity, but I reckon that the Wigan home 2006 counts too, last Highbury game.

In terms of scarcity for the big games then the Parma final, and the Sheff Wed FA Cup Final replay are the most valuable.

Also the Anderlecht away programme is hard to get.

Great shame that there were no programmes at barca as far as i could find.

Anderlecht away is worth £1500-£3000, if you've got one hold onto it!

I havew the Busby Babes 5-4 games programme before the crash, the Spurs in 71 game and the Anfield 89 programme. Looking to sell the Anfield 89 one possibly if anyone wants it?
