As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

some concerns that the old logo would lead some into thinking this is about an oldboys act.we're trying to alter what this club has become, not tear it apart
although, as the old logo isnt copyrighted we'd be free to use as we please thus reducing the legals' ways of stopping us before we get going
BSM seem to have it together and are very far down the line. This is their "mission statement"
In recent times, many Arsenal supporters (some who have followed the club for
decades) have been feeling more and more alienated by the club they love.
Whether they've been priced out of going to watch their beloved Arsenal, become
fed up with the lies fed to them by the Board, or disapointed that the huge sums
of money they pay in ticket prices are not reinvested into the team, it's obvious
that we need to get something back. We need to feel appreciated and respected,
to feel part of The Arsenal, to have a voice and not just be the club's lapdog,
and to feel as if we're a family once more. Club and supporters together,
because as the saying goes, together we're stronger.
This group has been formed by like-minded Arsenal supporters who feel they've had enough of being treated as if they don't matter. We want the club to realise that we've been there through thick and thin, and that we'll still be there when the bandwagon jumpers, mercenary players, and fickle corporate support has gone.
We've always been Arsenal, will always be Arsenal, and say together that we want OUR Arsenal back.
With the new home shirt, the re-introduction of a yellow away shirt and the Clock back inside the ground, we feel the club is starting to listen to the fans. But, this is a long road and we've only made the first step.
I go to the gym for a couple of hours and come back to a shit-storm. We need to not get ahead of ourselves. We have one crack at this, and need to get it right. This thread was set up so that we could brain-storm everything then go public. So let's just chill out a bit. If we take 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months to get everything sorted, fine.
For me, a large part of any protest needs to be about respect for the fans. We seem to be at the bottom of the food chain, and this needs to stop. The players repeatedly disrspect the away support by failing to acknowledge them (bar Eboue and Jack). This also covers the lies that we are told repeatedly about transfer targets, whilst season ticket prices rocket. The Club need to be honest with us. We were told that a move to the Emirates was to allow us to compete. It seems to have had the opposite effect. We need to be seen as fans, not customers.
We are the lifeblood of the Club.
I'll have a go at a mission statement tomorrow.
BTW - I think ArsenalFC not PLC, will get us into shit over Copyright.
Then we use the original none copyrighted logo and just write under it, The Arsenal, a football club not a plc. It becomes the logo for the group.
I'm no legal expert but we've contravened nothing that way have we...or have we
