SACK HIM!

who would put out the cones :?
You'd bring in Stewart Houston for the cones distributing tasks. There are few better in the game.

He is the luckiest manager ever. Won nothing for six yrs and yet still adored by the board and worshippers. If it was mourihno he would have felt embarrassed and left the club one or two yrs later. Ferguson would have retired if he still win nothing for four or five yrs

Fergie won nothing of note for 3 years a while ago, he accepted it needed a change and built another team, sadly Wenger's refusal to do this is down to pure vanity and arrogance and will be his downfall.

Ya but i can't imagine he has the cheek to stay around if he has not won anything for five or six yrs. At least like what you said he is willing to change and build another winning team. What did wenger do? He turned into a loser and built a losing team

I actually think that when we end up with fuck all again this season, that it might prove too much even for Wenger. Hopefully he will then do the one thing left, that could regain him some respect, and that is put his hands up, admit that his project has failed and offer his resignation.
I live though in hope rahter than expectation.

If he was Real Madrid manager, for the past 7 seasons, he would have been sacked ... 7 times

Sid this is by far the most stupid post you have ever wrote.

Have you read it back to yourself or are you in denial?

It will be 7 years next season, he will never change or admit anything!

Next season Cesc will leave, he will promote youth players and he will maybe sign a defender and a keeper but 2 seasons to late.

Nothing will change with this old *word censored* – sack that bastard

I sadly (with the exception of calling Wenger a *word censored*) agree with you two and am slowly morphing into Augie with the angryness of some of my posts!

A sad day this is for me and AFC  :banghead:

Is' a difficult one this,

do we sack him for losing a cup final where we lose to an error by a gk and defender(it can happen to the best GK's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dD92BPiIbU0)?

do we sack him for losing over two legs to the so called best club side?

do we sack him for losing to the best club side in the PL at the moment?

do we sack him for the ref getting it wrong against Sunderland?

Im not saying AKB at all there are things wrong with his tactics and squad policy that need addressing. Martin Keown was on radio 5 a few weeks ago and with no histryonics none of this 'if I was' as liked by Wright or Merson.
He was saying that the defence tactics are not seeming to work so why not try something different, playing Bendtner etc out of position isnt working so why not try playing them in positions they like.

Wenger just needs to change his tactics, perhaps a change in number 2 would help with a good defencive coach to help

No mate we sack him for 6 going on 7 seasons of pure fucking failure.

And before you say it, i dont care what finals we got to or how close we were or how nice the football is.

Dont care what he did back in the days of VHS, Mini Dsic players and smoking in pubs!!!!!!!

In fairness I have said given the choice of Sacking Wenger or him being forced to address the issues we have, I would choose the 2nd option.

Sadly he wont ever change so yes I want the deluded idiot sacked.

Sacking him is not the answer, who would we get in to improve the situation? There is not a great choice out there. But what i do struggle to understand is that AW knows what it takes to win things and the squad we have at the moment is not strong enough. You need to be strong in all departments and we lack in GK, defenders and someone who can mix it in midfield (Song is not good enough for us). Look back to when we were successful we had players of the likes of Adams, Dixon Parlour, Vieria, Petit, Keown, Edu, Cole, Even Dennis would stick his boot in. This current crop, yes they are fine footballers, but they lack what these men had, the b*$%cks to stand up and be counted. In football you win your battles first then your class will see you through.

Good post and I agree

As much as I hate Wenger now I would love it if he admitted he was wrong and then did what was necessary.

This could go on until 2014 ffs!!!!! When will the man learn that he is 100% wrong

Wenger will never be sacked he has made the board rich and Wenger holds more power than even Ferguson.
Wenger must know he has lost the fans but I get the feeling he wont change a thing.
I also believe he will stay at Arsenal until he retires from football.
You could say that the early success brought about a dictator at our club and no amount of protest will change that.
