As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Only just seen the goals...can't help but think he's doing it on purpose now, the first header was weak, no amazing pace and right at him... the second one he looked like all he was interested in was pushing squillachi over.
we should all put some cash together and make a banner for the next home game listing the players that need to be replaced and give wenger the old sort it or fuck off message, maybe it will get through that way.

To be fair if Man United had lost there 41 year old keeper and Thomas Kuskcak for the season it would be very interesting watching Ben Amos in goal
To be fair If we have bought a quality and experienced keeper like Given Lehmann would never have to come out of retirement to help us
The Shay Given who had a shoulder operation at the rear end of last season, then repeated the injury in February and has been out injured for the majority of the season

There are other quality and exp keepers out there. No excuse for not buying one

Squillaci has been at fault many times this season but not on this occasion. He didn't need to do anything as he would have held Odemwingi up if the clown hadn't appeared on the scene. Goalkeeping is all about decision making and now he's done this his confidence on when to come for through balls and when not will be gone totally. But Lehman's well short of match practice so what a nice choice for the manager to have for the Blackburn game
We're fucked basically. In Almunia we truly have one of the premierships worst keepers ever. In Lehmann we have an over the hill has been who with all the will in the world, is likely to drop clangers too. Does everyone forget his mistakes? All the opposition will crowd round him at corners till he loses it and gets sent off. We would be much better putting Shea in goal and let the youngster have a go.

Seemingly so....together with Fabianski who now seems to be OK in the eyes of most (six mediocre displays being the antedote for 30+ miserable ones apparently). Incredible.....I thought Wenger had selective vision...
To be fair lads I think that ye are reading this all wrong.........people havent forgotten the (small amount) of mistakes jens made when playing with us in the past but they also remember all the great games he has had with the club and that is far far more than below average al has had in his whole pro career.
Right now I would be willing to bet that the majority of Gooners, if given a choice, would rather proceed with jen's than almunia - yes that may well end up with another season coming up short but most of us are aware that with almunia in goals that is more or less a certainty anyway Personally I would be happier throwing jens in cos if nothing else he might organise his back 4 and kick some arses on this team - one way or another I dont think almunia should ever be allowed play for the club ever again (even in a testimonial) and if jens isnt ready to play then throw shea into goals cos nobody can do any worse than that spanish *word censored*
Every time i see Almunia's latest howler I see him dresssed up in full clown get up, rushing out with those long clown shoes, squirting Squillachi with water from a plastic flower when they have their 'coming together' and then riding back to his penalty area on an undersized blke, and as someone said earlier, he must be doing it on purpose now!!
Jens looked fucking old and slow 3 years ago when he left, Wenger is really taking the piss bringing him back, Campbell last season, Lehmann this season - who will it be next season Kanu
