What would happen if ?????
What would happen if ?????
I know this will never probably happen, but how would the title be decided if say;
Arsenal and manure finished on the same points, goal diff, goals for and against, and head to head both games were 0-0.
Would it come down to discipline. (most fouls)
Its been bugging me! can anyone help?!?

Only at Wembley? More like all over the world:SPUDMASHER wrote:Either my first option or, with the Premierships recent form, they would have a big money play off series 'Best of nine games' at Wembley and make loads of money![]()

We start the play-off series at the home of football, Wemberley. Than we move on to Los Angeles which is the home to Beckhams, David will be the guest referee for the match. It is Tokyo next as Nakamura has a one-off game for Manchester Reds to please the crowd. We are off to sunny Sydney after Tokyo, where they have kangaroos instead of cheer-leaders. Four venues have been decides so far, in the case if London Reds or Manchester Reds are winning 4-0. In that scenario, we will be back to Wemberley for the decider; if it is not the scenario than we will be have an auction for the match in the series. You can't miss out on this! Exclusively live on Sky, all the matches during the series for £100 per match or £500 for the series.

Goal average was replaced by goal difference due to the former's encouragement of lower-scoring games. A team that scores 70 while allowing 40 would have a lesser goal average (1.750) versus another team that scores 69 while allowing 39 (1.769).QuartzGooner wrote:Goal avergae got replaced by goal difference (and if that is level, goal sscored).
There was a mathematical argument put forward why goal average was "unfair" , but I do not know what it was.
If anyone can explain further would be grateful.

Goal average wouldn't work out in the scenario that dodger445 gave anyway; because both teams would have the same amount goals for and against, therefore the same goal average.
