As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Hi, I know it's a little early but does anyone think this may go to red members? Tickets for me only go on sale 6th apr and I def hope to go. With it being live on sky and also Easter Sunday i'm trying to plan ahead in case I need to post in the tickets wanted section
I was there when Freddy scored AGAIN from a genius Bergkamp throughball AGAIN (sent my little brother for HT beers and he missed the Wiltord goal - or were they the other way round...?)
will be watching this one on a stag do in Miami with a group of mostly Chelski fans
was gonna be trying to crash some hen does in Blackpool on the Sat night before the game
but the missus has given me the hook
blackpool aways gonna be strictly in and out (not like that)
The Bromilow Arms is the best pre match boozer and very welcoming to away fans.Good mix in there every time I've been . Nice old style pub with a few flat cap northeners for good measure.
I thought this game often went to red and even general sale, I was hoping to go and though 16:00 kick off on Easter Sunday would mean it did make red members.
The ticket page says Arsenal have taken 3k so far but can get more.
Think it went reds last season, and at this rate probably will again. Its a long old journey and not many decent pubs to go in around the ground (if any) and with the day and time i cant see it selling out.
G'day, been a while; boredom induced coma, sorry
Does anyone know of any good travel options up there? Is it better to book direct tickets, or try a more circticious route?
Have booked myself a ticket, got return train tickets from Euston to Bolton via Manchester, I phoned both Virgin and National rail and they claim there to be no engineering works on this route.
I have not been before but got myself a ticket from Bolton to Horwich parkway train station as Bolton station seemed a long walk, is this correct?
