NOW I BELIEVE

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

God we were dire tonight especially our passing but what the hell, 3pts is 3pts and I would take another 12 performances like that if they all have the same result 8) :D

I want to believe but the one thing that concerns me, and I think it was very evident tonight, is a lack of experience. Our rivals results at the weekend seem to put more pressure on the team instead of lifting pressure off them and the way it weighed on our players shoulders concerns me. There is a distinct shortage of winning experience in this team and the value of this should not be underestimated especially when you consider that in all probability wenger is only a game or two from dropping the only 2 players that have won at league at Arsenal (Jens & bert).

Thanks as ever for keeping it real augie, and you're probably right that the players felt the pressure tonight, but that has been true of much more experienced teams than this one. It's just a winning ugly time of the season.

Having supported Arsenal for more than thirty years I, like a lot of you, have seen us snatch defeat from the jaws of victory a few times. Until it is mathematically a certainty, I for one am not going to get excited.

I really think we can do it but I just know those fuckers will go and spoil my summer if I get too optimistic.

Yoooohhhhooooo!!!!!!

Ladies and Gents.....

Believe me you are not going to enjoy an Arsenal game properly for a while!

The atmosphere in the ground was so tense as the world and the wife knew we could make a huge statement tonight....and we did!

For the rest of the season expect plenty more of tonight...not great football but job done!

We aint won anything yet but fuck me we DO have a chance! We aint had such a big chance in years!

Massive work still to be done but let's fucking go for it.....its squeaky bum time!

Well, Belfast Boy was giving me some lip earlier on, so I threatened to set you on him, so I'll do the same to you. If you want a fight Augie, I'll get Belfast Boy on you!!

But yeah, it's been an interesting little episode talking to Roly on here. He really made me learn a lot about myself, you know? For instance, it turns out I'm a moron and a dickhead also.

I think I might start a moron and dickhead clique
