He's probably right that the title will be decided in April and there's still a long way to go, but it's his motivation for saying it that interests me.
Can't say I agree with his argument that the big teams are losing more points this year to those in the lower tiers of the Prem, at least far as our seasson to date is concerned - we may have dropped points at home to Brum and away to Newcastle, Boro and Pompey but that's much more consistent we were than last season. Chelsea and United may not be doing as well as they have done the last couple of years against the lesser sides.
I've just had a read of that and, despite the fact that I hate Fergusmoan as much as anybody, I've got to say that you are reading too much into it. Had the role been reversed I think Wenger would have said much the same. In honesty he is only stating the truth. We have got to go to both of them and all three teams will almost certainly drop points between now and the end of the season.
Fergusmoan will undoubtedly start the mindgames when the time is right and at the end of the day can you blame him for it. He will use every weapon in his arsenal to try and unsettle us.
