Hi fellas have been browsing on this forum for a while now so i have finally decided to join you,a bit about myself well my first game at THE ARSENAL was in 1978 so i am old school,i know its been a frustrating season and theres been plenty of fans turning on each other at the grove but i wonder if any of you still remember the feelings you had when you reached the top of the steps leading to the old North Bank and saw the massed ranks on both the North Bank and the Clock End because i still do and despite a poor season by our standards this year with memories like that it makes me proud to be a gunner.

Welcome mate will always remember the feeling you got at the top of the Northbank before a game, my first game was in '79. Shame the youngsters now will never get that but just glad i did.

Welcome H.G., don't take notice of Flash, he's weird....

I used to love the feeling of going to Highbury in the 70's and 80's, which I don't get now at the bowl... Flash still gets the feeling though when he settles down in his couch for a game...

i remember my first memory, walking up the steps, and seeing Seaman kick the ball up in the air. All i can remember thinking. FUCK ME. how did he do that ... 93-94 season i think .... Arsenal 1 - 0 Southampton.
I think Merson become my hero straight away.
